The service fee for DESOI w.i.l.m.a. devices includes for the software of the IoT platform: - Licence fee - maintenance fee - updates - services - Annual fee, incl. all services - Tariff price per device - Detailed billing at the end of the year per device - without prepayment - Cancellable within 4 weeks at the end of the year - Contract area EU, other countries on request The general terms and conditions and the SaaS contract of Desoi GmbH apply.
